The Encyclopedia for Silent Heroes, You and I
Ugapedia is Uganda and Africa’s encyclopedia for silent heroes and forgotten heritage. It exists to capture the stories, wisdom, and cultural treasures often left out of mainstream history.
We believe that every person, place, and piece of our tradition has meaning — and deserves to be remembered, celebrated, and shared with the world. Whether you’re submitting a biography of a humble community builder, a traditional myth passed down through generations, or a sacred place that holds ancestral memory, your contribution helps us build a living archive of African dignity and resilience.
This guide provides structured instructions for submitting:
- People Profiles (biographies and autobiographies)
- African Mythology Articles (spiritual stories and legends)
- Places Articles (culturally or historically significant locations)
Each section outlines what to submit, how to structure it, and the optional media you can include. All submissions will be reviewed by the Ugapedia editorial team before publishing.
Together, let’s restore forgotten stories, one submission at a time.
